Our products are handcrafted using natural butters and oils that may soften, melt, or change texture when exposed to high temperatures during shipping or delivery.

By placing an order during warmer months (May-October) or to warm-weather locations, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • We strongly recommend selecting 2–3 business day shipping to help reduce heat exposure during transit.
  • Orders shipped using standard or extended shipping methods may be at greater risk of melting or texture changes.
  • Branch & Vine Skincare Co. is not responsible for melting, softening, graininess, or texture changes caused by heat exposure during transit or after delivery.
  • Texture changes caused by heat do not affect the safety or effectiveness of the product.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and promptly retrieving packages after delivery.

If your product arrives melted, allow it to return to room temperature before opening. For whipped products, refrigerating for a short period may help re-solidify the product, though texture may differ from its original whipped consistency.

SECTION 2 — ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or have permission from a parent or guardian.

You may not use our products or website for any unlawful purpose or violate any laws while using our services.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
