Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Order processing is the time that it takes to fulfill your order (formulation, packaging, etc.) You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For orders over $65 we offer free shipping!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Shipping Refunds

At Branch & Vine Skincare Co., we work hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, shipping timelines are outside of our control.

Shipping Delays
We are unable to offer refunds for delays caused by the shipping carrier, including transit delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect or Misdelivered Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it appears to have been delivered to the wrong location, please contact us within 3–5 business days of the delivery date.

Email us at orders@branchandvineskincareco.com with your order number, and we will review the tracking information and work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Shipping Fee Refunds
Shipping fee refunds may be issued in cases where:

  • An incorrect shipping method was applied to your order, or
  • There was a confirmed error on our end during fulfillment

All approved refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
