We hope you love your Branch + Vine Skincare Co. products, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

Order Modifications & Exchanges

Requests to add, change, or remove items from your order must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation. All requests must be submitted via email to contact@branchandvineskincareco.com.

Social media messages will not be accepted for order changes or exchanges.

Returns

We accept return requests within 5 business days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging

  • You must include your receipt or proof of purchase

  • Items must not be tampered with

To start a return, email orders@branchandvineskincareco.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at contact@branchandvineskincareco.com.
